Here’s where I’ll post what, where and how much I exercise. Most of the time it will be about riding my bike as that’s what I would do all day if I had the time and ability. But, I also still surf and occasionally skate, snowboard and get on a dirt bike. As for my gym/strength training I’ll basically leave that out unless I’m really into it for the moment. I hope that others with cardiac conditions will find some motivation & inspiration here. Please feel free to respond or ask questions.
